                                                CLEARING OUT MY ART

I learned to paint. Painting has helped me and is part of my rehabilitation process. Further to the need it is serving it's purpose for His Glory. Spirit, Father God works in mysterious ways. In moving forward more it is part of ministry, restructuring for His Glory.

It started in our home with extending hospitality to reaching out meeting and serving the needs of others. Our needs were always met first. The church and government starts in the home with good, strong principles and values.

We need a new spiritual structure, foundation in the church and government of Canada.

Ministry takes on many forms; music, writing, church, government leadership and leaderships of what's  associated. Hospital visits, volunteering in communities, reaching out to people including the youth at risk and seniors. With the right spiritual government and those in leaderships those in government employment would be meeting people's needs properly, serving people for the Glory of God. 

Not everything is financial but most times, it is and I cannot do this on or my own limited income.

I have needs and issues. I have been helping people all my life and will continue to especially, the youth at risk and seniors. My paintings have financial blessing for purpose, ministry. Sometimes, we don't see God's plans in our life for good other times, we see only part of and yet, one either trusts or they don't.

What once was my bedroom has become a storage room filled with incomplete & completed paintings, frames, shipping supplies, etc. For yrs, I've been sleeping in the living room & the situation is most unhealthy, overwhelming for me & time for some changes. Most artists have an image while painting & my images have been me wheeling myself out of a wheelchair.

Much of my art is framed, unframed, some require no framing like exhibition gallery wrap canvas's. All is ready to hang or gift & has hardware & wire or a saw tooth hanger, on reverse. COA incl. Donate my art if you like, I'll not be offended.

It is normal for artists to retain some paintings for their estate in the event of their death.

All art works are created with quality professional paints, rarely varnished and may be displayed with or without a frame. In overseeing, one's investments it is recommended to handle with care and clean art with a soft dry cloth, a feather duster or a new  Bamboo Pipe Brush (soft wool bristles, resembles a pan flute. Effective 2016, Carol Ann will be signing most all, of her art THIBODEAU. She is aka TIEABOWCAT and TIEABOW.

TIEABOW signature is on the front and/or side and back, TIEABOW ®, titled, dated, photo documented and is a registered trademark in Canada. TIEABOW art is presently, only available in Canada. The documentation was done to the best of her ability for USA and MADRID.

She will continue to sign TIEABOW specializing in original, reproduction paintings inspired by master artists; The Group of Seven, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Emily Carr, Joan Miro, Marc Chagall, Amedeo Modigliani, Georgia O'Keeffe, Paul Klee, Wally Kandinsky, Paul Gauguin and others. In the past, she created original paintings and art works of her own some from photograph images, drawings signing TIEABOW and THIBODEAU. Framed paintings are usually of sourced Canadian Vintage although, the odd ones are from Mexico and Trinidad. Sometimes, varnishing lightly is required and appropriate with collage, paper paintings and/or some collage, mixed media protecting the painting either partially or fully.

Art is an affordable investment that increases and escalates with Auctions, Auction Houses like buying and selling real estate. One's investment with art retains better value unvarnished although, it is a personal choice. There is expense to consider having a professional remove varnish from paintings to the particulars noted viewing the art displayed at Vancouver Art Gallery. Pouring medium layered is comparable to Resin creating special effects on a painting that varnish cannot produce. There is no comparison to varnish and they are different mediums. If a pouring medium is used in a painting it is also mixed media, collage art.

Corporate Offices, Business owners who enjoy displaying artworks on business premises for their own individual office or common areas such as; lobbies, hallways, lunch rooms may claim tax deductions for the cost of purchasing artworks for the purpose of earning income. Renting artworks are questionable unless renting the same painting, as a rent to purchase. Under the Tax Act, as long as the art costs are at least $200.00 and is created by a Canadian Artist, it may be capitalized and depreciated at a rate of 20% as property for business tax purposes providing it is not a personal expense. According to Canada Revenue Agency, it is because art objects typically do not depreciate in value, but rather appreciate over the long term.
